Laughter is a real stress buster. It also reduces depression, anger and anxiety. It lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, reduces loneliness and prevents “Hardening of the Attitudes.” We all deserve to have more laughter in our lives, and that is what Laughter Club is all about.
Laughter club is a place where people come together to enjoy the benefits of a good laugh and a brighter outlook on life. Groups range size from small to very large and can be held at any location.
We Fake It Until We Make It
Since humor is individual to each of us, we do not rely on comedy or jokes. While we may start out as “faking it,” laughter is contagious and through a series of exercises designed to create infectious laughter “faking it” quickly changes into genuine good-natured hilarity at Laughter Club.
Good-Hearted Living
We laugh with each other never at each other and through the principles of Good-Hearted Living we learn to be more tolerant and understanding of ourselves and those around us. Oh yes, there’s one more thing I almost forgot…
